Behavioural Science in the Real World – Truth, Lies and how to assess ‘Authenticity’ – 1 CPE

ACFE Sydney – Christmas Event
Thursday 21 November 2019
LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE

Evaluating truth and identifying possible deceptive behaviours are critical skills for professionals who conduct interviews, audits and investigations.
Join us for an interactive session introducing the key concepts of behavioural analysis and deception detection skills. Our highly qualified speakers will present an overview of their approach on how they work with organisations to build and strengthen capabilities with psychological models and skills development.   To introduce behavioural science and its application in real word examples, this interactive and engaging seminar is designed to highlight how structured approaches can greatly assist in the diagnosis and identification of factors to leverage and better elicit information, identify ‘hot spots’ of non-verbal clues and assist investigators and specialists working in fraud, audit and regulatory fields.  It also provides an opportunity for attendees to test their own skills in a ‘live’ experiment!
